Kishorn Stone is currently being used as drainage stone and outfall protection stone for the ongoing Kishorn Water Treatment Works, and Ready Mix Concrete from Kishorn is also being delivered to this site. Recently completed road works on the A87 at Sconser on the Isle of Skye also feature Kishorn 14mm Stone in the top surface as a high skid resistance was demanded by Transport Scotland.

Kishorn Walling Stone is also making a few appearances with 1,000 tonnes featuring in the walls of The Raasay Pier and used as stone cladding on the gable walls of feature houses in the Burnside Road Housing Development at Plockton. The stone also lends itself to being used on driveways with one of the most prestigious being the access to Balmacara House.
